"Recently moved to State Farm and as part of my auto quote we installed the Drive Safe App on phone/auto. Recently, my credit card was stolen and used at 3 amusement parks on 10/28 in California. I was in Indiana for the day watching my daughter play soccer. One of the amusement parks was adamant that I had been in California at the exact time/date and had purchased tickets in excess of $760 and would not accept the transaction as fraud. Ultimately, I said I can prove where I was and was able to pull up on my phone my driving/location/date/time on my Drive Safe App, take screen shots and forward to them. The fraud claim was immediately resolved! Thank you State Farm for offering the Drive Safe App! After the fact, I learned State Farm can not see my location, only me. Grateful for a program that helped me while also protecting my privacy."
